Experienced HR Leadership. Practical Business Solutions.
Meet the Experience Behind HR SWAG
HR SWAG was founded by Tiffany, a senior HR professional with more than 18 years of experience helping organizations navigate the complexities of managing people, building effective HR practices, and supporting business growth.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has held HR roles ranging from HR Generalist to Vice President, giving her experience across both the strategic and operational sides of Human Resources. Her background spans diverse industries and organizations, with expertise in employee relations, HR compliance, performance management, organizational change, talent management, HR operations, and manager and leadership support.
Tiffany founded HR SWAG to give organizations access to the kind of experienced HR guidance they may not have—or need—on a full-time basis. Her approach combines senior-level HR expertise with practical, hands-on support, helping leaders move beyond simply identifying HR challenges to building solutions that work for their organization.
At HR SWAG, the goal is not to make HR more complicated. It's to help organizations build stronger people practices, make informed decisions, and create HR infrastructure that can support where the business is going next.
Senior Expertise. Practical Partnership.
HR challenges rarely come with one-size-fits-all solutions. Every organization has different people, priorities, risks, resources, and ways of working.
That’s why HR SWAG takes a practical, tailored approach to every engagement. We take the time to understand what’s happening in your organization, identify what matters most, and provide HR guidance and solutions that make sense for your business.
Whether we’re advising leadership through a complex employee matter, strengthening an existing HR function, or building new processes and infrastructure, our focus is on creating solutions that are practical, sustainable, and built to work in the real world.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help organizations build stronger, more effective workplaces through practical, strategic HR solutions.
We believe HR should do more than address problems as they arise. It should provide the structure, guidance, and people practices organizations need to operate effectively and grow with confidence.
HR SWAG partners with leaders to create HR solutions that are thoughtful, practical, and tailored to their organization—strengthening the foundation behind their people and their business.
